Landmark PRO with Solaris® Cool Roof reflective technology — the designer-weight shingle profile combined with heat-reducing performance.
Landmark PRO Solaris carries the heavier, more dimensional Landmark PRO shingle format into a cool-roof product, using reflective granules to help reduce heat absorption. It includes a wide nailing zone and self-sealing adhesive for consistent installation.
All colors are Cool Roof Rating Council certified and California Title 24 compliant; select colors meet LA County steep-slope requirements. It carries a lifetime (residential) / 50-year (commercial) warranty, 10-year SureStart™ protection, and a 15-year wind warranty (110 mph standard, upgradeable to 160 mph).
Passes the industry's two toughest wind tests: ASTM's 110 mph and 150 mph wind tests (under controlled laboratory conditions).
Covers manufacturing defects for as long as the original owner-occupant owns and resides at the property. Other ownership types (commercial, rental, HOA, and similar) are covered for 40 or 50 years depending on the product line. Transferable once to a subsequent owner.
Full replacement cost coverage (materials and labor) for manufacturing defects during the first 10 years after installation, before any prorated reduction applies.
Covers cleaning or replacement if algae-resistant (AR) shingles develop blue-green algae staining, for up to 30 years when CertainTeed AR-designated hip and ridge accessories are installed. Coverage is limited to 10 years if those accessories aren't used.
Shingles are warranted against wind blow-off, including gusts, up to 110 mph for the first 15 years, upgradeable to 160 mph when installed with CertainTeed's specified starter strip and hip/ridge accessories.
When a full qualifying system is installed together — underlayment, water-resistant underlayment, starter strip, shingles, ventilation, and hip/ridge accessories — the roof qualifies for an unlimited wind-velocity warranty.
